With over 22 years in Location-Based Entertainment, Garrick Hansen specializes in facility engineering, infrastructure, and seamless show integration. His project management expertise has driven some of the world’s largest LBE developments, ensuring technical excellence and efficiency.
As a Principal at EXP in Orlando, he leads engineering and design across electrical, low voltage, lighting, audiovisual, and show control. Garrick is committed to creating innovative, technically sound entertainment experiences that seamlessly blend infrastructure with storytelling.

Founder of Updike Creative, Josh previously led major projects like Motiongate Dubai as Executive Show Producer at Rethink Attractions and Chief Creative Officer at Rethink Leisure & Entertainment. His work with Walt Disney Imagineering and Major League Baseball showcases his expertise in crafting commercially successful entertainment destinations.
Scott Duncan is a finance and media executive specializing in capital investment for entertainment and experiential projects. As a Capital Finance Partner with Acronym Productions, he structures funding strategies for Location-Based Entertainment (LBE), and Leisure ventures.
Beginning in film marketing, Scott later transitioned into production and distribution. In 2009, he shifted to media finance, founding Global Bridge Media Inc., and later co-founding One Light Media Capital, facilitating over $30M in funding. He began his career at Disney Entertainment in Florida, mastering the art of collaborative project development. His expertise spans museum lighting, artifact preservation, and environmental considerations, including the impact of lighting on plants and animals. Warren is known for delivering innovative, budget-conscious designs that enhance storytelling and engagement.
With 30 years in entertainment, Jason Surrell is a writer, producer, and former Executive Creative Director at Universal Creative. He spent 15 years at Walt Disney Imagineering, shaping iconic attractions through immersive storytelling and design.
Jason led creative direction for Universal’s Epic Universe, Universal Studios Beijing, and Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon, while also contributing to New Fantasyland, Star Tours: The Adventures Continue, The Great Movie Ride, and updates to Pirates of the Caribbean and The Haunted Mansion. He also helped develop Universal’s Horror Unleashed and Kids Park concepts.
An accomplished author, Jason wrote The Art of Marvel’s The Avengers, The Haunted Mansion: Imagineering a Disney Classic, and Screenplay by Disney. He also wrote and directed the independent film Characters, continuing to push the boundaries of storytelling.
